Bugged my character?

I think I screwed up when I joined the new Aberration server. I thought that it was just a test server and was going to be wiped so I just created a new character. Then today I was like oh, I can transfer my Island character over. So I tried to do that. I got to a beacon, clicked transfer to another server, and got some failure to connect message. Is it because I created a new character on Aberration server, then tried to move my Island character over after that?

I am able to get on after the reboot but I wasn't able to choose what character I wanted and now the Tribe of One (My tribe name from Island map) is already taken so had to make a new tribe of Tribe of Two. Would it be possible to purge that Tribe of One character/Tribe so I can name stuff right? Thanks
