So this event said that it's changing the maturation speed to 4X but the imprint for our wyverns is still what it was before the event, which is 13% did the event not include SE? Or does the event not effect the imprint percentage? We have 2 fire wyverns lvl 185 and two 190 babies that were born with this group so I was really wanting to get 100% imprint. Anything we can do about this?
Not sure as I have never experienced the situation, but I don't see why you wouldn't. There should be plenty of buffer time in the event an additional feeding is needed at the end to make up the difference as long as you dont use up too much of the buffer in between.

Hi Admin, it looks like some of them won't be able to make it to 100% imprint. We have not been more than 3-4 mins late on any imprint today or last night and some of them are getting to 95% imprint but still have 3 hours till the next imprint, but are already at 85%+ maturation. It seems we won'e be capable on a few dinos (I was also raising 6 rexes, at least 3 look like they won't get full imprint because the maturation speed changed partway through). Several of our wyverns are going to have this same issue. We were going for perfect/near perfect on these this time since they were out highest level eggs so far. Is there anything you can do to help us?
So our 190 lightning wyvern, 170 fire wyvern and two super Rex's were not able to be fully imprinted even though we didn't miss any of our imprints by more then 5 minutes. Is there anything that can be done to correct this admin?

We understand, it was just kind of weird. I think several had just finished imprinting to about 39% (3 13% imprints in about 7-10 hours after hatching) with the 3% maturation speed). The rest of them were about to get their second or third imprint and were less than an hour from needing care when the speed jumped to 4x, giving 17% imprint each time. Not sure I want to do the math on it but all of those were just fine since they immediately jumped to almost 50% imprint after their next care, while the others who had just imprinted on 3x only made it to 39%. The ones who imprinted soon after the change were staying just ahead of the maturation timer the whole time (for example, at 70-75% mature, the next care brought them to 78% imprinted. By 80-90% mature they made 95% imprinting and then all of them that made 100% imprinting had less than 40 minutes to maturity.
The ones that imprinted just before the change still had between 1.25 hours to 2.5 hours until they could receive care again at the time they matured and got stuck at 95% imprint. As stated above, we didn't ever miss an imprint, I think it was just bad timing with the maturation speed changing soon after some of them had recently imprinted. They never had enough time to catch up since they got a smaller imprint %, it was as though they had little to no buffer left.
There was one wyvern that did almost make it, it matured with 8 minutes left until its last imprint and also got stuck at 95% lol. Luckily, none of the dinos that didn't get 100% imprint will be our personal primary mounts. We know it's probably not something you are in the habit of doing, but if there's any way you are able to manipulate specific dino's imprint levels, would it be possible to at least get our wyvern's fixed up since we were doing everything in our power and didn't miss more than 5 minutes on any given imprint before they got care? Getting 95% is good, but we were really going for perfect if possible since these are some of the highest level ones we had found so far. We even set alarms for 2-3 minutes before they would want care to give enough time to log in and provide that and since they all needed care within the same hour to hour and a half, we would set an alarm for 10-15 minutes before the first one on each round to give time to get wyvern milk in case one wanted that as it's care type.
If there's nothing that you can or will do (understandable, I have been an admin on a different game before and know some requests can be pretty ridiculous and it's a lot of work to tediously fix everyone's issues) we do understand and thank you for all the help you do provide. If there is anything you are able and willing to do, please let us know so we can show you the wyverns that got messed up.
